SEIJO

Seijo, a Brooklyn-born artist, passionately explores photography with a focus on conceptual abstract, fashion, and style. Her innovative journey extends beyond the confines of traditional photography, venturing into cyanotype prints, illustration, and the creation of short films. Recently, her artistic exploration has led her to experiment with Light & Refraction.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Seijo runs and curates a gallery series at Lancaster Country Club. Her notable exhibitions include "Lancaster Street Style," "Alive, Between The Tides" at Curio Gallery, Intervals: Desert Imprints at Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA, and Spectra Light at Micro Brewery, Little Mutants in Lancaster, PA. Seijo’s work has been featured on platforms such as LoosenArt Mag&Gallery and Arte Latino Now, and in publications including Northampton’s Literary Magazine, The Blue Earth Review, Len’s Scratch, and Boink Magazine. Additionally, her work has been showcased in community exhibitions at Lancaster Museum of Art, Modern Art, Mulberry Art Studios, David Lyall Showroom, Franklin & Marshall College, and The Hive.

Seijo did a week-long art residency supported by The Desert House Residency in Yucca Valley, CA. Beyond her artistry, she serves as the Fitness Administrator for Lancaster Country Club, holding certifications as a Wellness Coach through NASM, and in Pilates, Personal Training, and Fitness Coaching through ISSA. Residing in Lancaster, PA, Seijo collaborates with her husband, Dennis S. Herbert, co-running the art and wellness brand, Estilo wei. Her enduring creativity leaves an indelible mark on the intersection of visual arts and wellness.
